Last newsletter had several articles on page 11 about our mission, goals, and objectives. In order for the Sarasota/Gulf Coast Chapter to attain these, we need a dedicated and enthusiastic Advisory Board. Yes, it means another meeting each month, but one also gets to know other persons with the same likes and input into how a chapter provides interesting events for us. As chairman of the Nominating Committee, I am asking that you consider volunteering for a position on the board. If you are contacted, please be willing to serve in some area.
The committee will be meeting in July so that we can have a slate to announce in the September/October Newsletter with a ballot. For information CALL ME!

Pictures Needed for Chapter History
Hello. My name is Mary Jane Fuller and I am the Chapter’s Historian for this year.
Since I cannot attend every event or Neighborhood Group meeting, I am asking that everyone please feel free to send me photos, information about your group and your members, so I can put together a book to record this year’s history. You can e-mail, mail or hand deliver anything to me. I would truly appreciate your help.
Also, in case you don’t know, there is a Memory Book for our members who have passed on. Please help me keep this book full of memories. Thank you very much. I look forward to recording this Chapter’s History for 2010.

You can give it to any member of the Board or your Neighborhood Group leader.
We have a page with obituaries and photographs of our deceased sisters. The Board has given this page the title
